Following the local Practice Note protocols issued in respect of the South East Circuit by Ms Justice Henke and Mrs Justice Arbuthnot (the former of which can be found here, an event is being held in respect of the Family Justice Strategy for the South East. The President’s office said as follows:

Family justice partners across the South East are working hard every day to support children and families who are involved in family court proceedings and to improve how the system works.
Following the recent protocol letters from Mrs Justice Arbuthnot and Ms Justice Henke, this event will bring cross system partners together as we focus our efforts across the South East to improve timeliness and reduce delays in both public and private law. Speakers will include the President of the Family Division, members of the Family Justice Young People's Board, Mrs Justice Arbuthnot and Ms Justice Henke and Local Family Justice Board Chairs.
