Tom is Barrister specialising in all areas of the law relating to children, including public and private law proceedings, adoption, child abduction, and cases concerning donor-conceived children. He is regularly instructed in complex, high profile or groundbreaking cases, including those with an international element or novel legal issues. He has been instructed at all levels of court, including the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Tom is a member of the Attorney-General’s B Panel of counsel, through which he advises and represents the Government in a range of matters relating to children. He also acts on behalf of parents, children and public bodies in judicial review proceedings.
