The Guidance on Electronic Bundles, will be suspended in relation to public law, with immediate effect. The guidance will continue to apply to private law and financial remedy proceedings. The guidance will be referred to the Family Procedure Rule Committee with a view to a revised version being published in due course. In the meantime, judges and local authorities should proceed as best fits the needs of the case and the capacity of the software system available to them, and without the need to comply with the current guidance.
