Webinar: Serious Medical Treatment (children and young people)

The Vice President of the Court of Protection, Mrs Justice Theis and Senior Judge of the Court of Protection, Her Honour Judge Hilder are pleased to announce the second series of free online seminars organised jointly by the chairs of the Association of Lawyers for Children (ALC), Court of Protection BarAssociation (CPBA),Court of Protection Practitioners Association (COPPA), Family Law Bar Association(FLBA), Law Society Family Law Committee and Resolution, with support from the Office of the Official Solicitor. The aim of the project is to share knowledge and experience across the Family Court and Court of Protection jurisdictions. The topics for the next four seminars are informed by feedback gatheredfrom the practitioners that attended the first series. The seminars will be delivered online by Lorraine Cavanagh KC | St John's Buildings, Emma Sutton KC,Serjeants’ Inn and Arianna Kelly, 39 Essex and introduced by Mrs Justice Theis and Her Honour Judge Hilder.
