Practitioners will be familiar with the book ‘Physical Signs of Child Sexual Abuse’, also known as the ‘purple book’. It includes good practice in relation to the paediatric forensic examination where there are concerns about child sexual abuse. It also provides an evidenced-based review of the interpretation of physical signs.
This webinar will be an indispensable guide to the 2023 edition and will be of interest to any lawyer involved in children proceedings whether public or private and where allegations of a sexual abuse are made.
