General booking is now live for the ALC’s 35th Annual Conference taking place from 19-21 November 2026 at the Delta Hotels, Bristol City Centre.
Following unprecedented demand from those who pre-registered, we have an extremely limited number of full residential places left available for booking. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
We very much encourage those who are not able to snap up those places to still join us by booking a non-residential package. There are a number of other hotels in the area (a search can be made using the conference hotel’s postcode: BS1 3AD). We expect remaining non-residential packages to sell out quickly.
We are delighted that The Right Honourable Lady Justice King will be our keynote speaker and that The Right Honourable Sir Stephen Cobb, President of the Family Division will be addressing delegates this year.
We are also pleased to announce that The Honourable Mrs Justice Knowles, DBE will be speaking about Child Focused Courts.
We have an exciting and informative programme including a Panel Discussion on Managing Vulnerability in family proceedings, chaired by The Honourable Ms Justice Henke, DBE. There will also be a variety of workshops on public and children law topics, plenary sessions from a wide range of high-profile speakers and our usual comprehensive public law, private law and legal aid updates.
