Vicky Preece is a Partner at PS Law LLP having qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and becoming a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel Accreditation scheme in 2007. Vicky regularly represents children both through their Guardian, or by direct instruction; she is also committed to representing parents and other family members in Care Proceedings. Vicky is regularly instructed in Private Children Law matters particularly in those proceedings where the welfare of the child or children has become an issue. She receives a significant number of instructions from members of the Haredi Orthodox Jewish Community in both Public and Private Law Children Act matters, and has a particular interest in ensuring the community receives fair representation. Vicky undertakes much of her own advocacy, and was awarded the Law Society’s Excellence Award for Solicitor Advocate of the Year in 2017, she is passionate about assisting some of our most vulnerable children and families in accessing proceedings in the Family Court.
