Martin Downs in a barrister at 1 Crown Office Row specialising in equality and human rights law - practising in every part of England and Wales. He has appeared in many Children’s cases – international and domestic and written/broadcast about Civil Partnership/Same-sex marriage and radicalisation, in particular. He founded the Family Justice Quality Circle in 2017 with Nicola McGeown and has been co-convenor with her ever since. He is also on the editorial board of UK Human Rights Blog
