Outstanding Newcomer in the Field of Children Law 2012

Emma Kendall from the Young People's Legal Services of Warwickshire County Council is this year's winner of the Outstanding Newcomer Award.

Following Mrs Justice Parker's delivery of the Memorial Lecture at St Philips Chambers, Birmingham, she presented Emma with a full set of the Hershman & McFarlane Children Law Handbook and a cheque for £1,000.
